My child is too ill to attend camp, what happens now?

We are looking forward to seeing your child at camp, however, if you do need to cancel an enrolment due to illness, the following terms and conditions apply:

If you notify us 30 days or more before your program start date, you are eligible for a full credit or refund.
If you notify us in writing within 30 days and prior to 48 hours before your program start date, your program is non-refundable. 1 free transfer is permitted to any other program offered within the same holiday period. If your new program is of a higher cost, the difference must be paid before we can confirm your place in that program, and it is subject to availability. If your new program is a lower cost, a credit will be provided for the difference. If you are unable to attend another program within the same holiday period, we will issue you a credit for the payment made, minus an administration fee of $25.
If you notify us in writing within 48 hours of your program start date, your program is non-refundable. 1 free transfer is permitted to any other program offered within the same holiday period. If your new program is of a higher cost, the difference must be paid before we can confirm your place in that program, and it is subject to availability. If your new program is a lower cost, a credit will be provided for the difference. If you are unable to attend another program within the same holiday period, we will issue you a credit for the payment made, minus an administration fee of $60.

We hope you find our cancellation policy generous. Our classrooms and staff are confirmed two weeks prior to camp hence the scheduled notice periods. If you have any questions, please get in touch via email hello@codecamp.com.au.
