What happens if there are technical issues?

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues, which may occasionally occur and are beyond our control. We commit to resolving these issues promptly and have a backup plan in place to ensure the continuity and quality of the session.

If a course or camp session does not meet our standards due to such issues, we will conduct a review and communicate with all parents regarding appropriate compensation. This may include transferring to an alternative session or program of equivalent value, or offering a credit or refund for the remaining days of the program if no suitable alternative is available.

Please note, if your child continues with the alternate session or program, you are not entitled to a credit or refund, other than a pro-rated price difference where the alternate session or program is significantly lower. We are committed to maintaining a positive experience for all students and will always strive to provide a comparable learning opportunity where changes are necessary.
