Our Cancellation Policy
Holiday Camps
We are looking forward to seeing your child at camp, however, if you do need to cancel an enrolment, please read our cancellation policy below:
- If you notify us 30 days or more before your program start date, you are eligible for a full credit or refund.
- If you notify us in writing within 30 days and prior to 48 hours before your program start date, your program is non-refundable. 1 free transfer is permitted to any other program offered within the same holiday period. If your new program is of a higher cost, the difference must be paid before we can confirm your place in that program, and it is subject to availability. If your new program is a lower cost, a credit will be provided for the difference. If you are unable to attend another program within the same holiday period, we will issue you a credit for the payment made, minus an administration fee of $25.
- If you notify us in writing within 48 hours of your program start date, your program is non-refundable. 1 free transfer is permitted to any other program offered within the same holiday period. If your new program is of a higher cost, the difference must be paid before we can confirm your place in that program, and it is subject to availability. If your new program is a lower cost, a credit will be provided for the difference. If you are unable to attend another program within the same holiday period, we will issue you a credit for the payment made, minus an administration fee of $60.
Note: All credits are valid for 1 year, and transferable.
To notify of a cancellation, change or student absence, please email hello@codecamp.com.au and include the students name and program.
We hope you find our cancellation policy generous. Our classrooms and staff are confirmed four weeks prior to camp hence the scheduled notice periods. If you have any questions, please get in touch via email hello@codecamp.com.au
Refund Policy for Wi-Fi Issues at Camp
- Refunds will not be issued for WiFi issues, which may occasionally occur and are beyond our control. We commit to resolving these issues promptly and have a backup plan in place to ensure the continuity and quality of the session.
- If a session does not meet our standards due to such issues, we will conduct a review and communicate with all parents regarding appropriate compensation.
After-School Courses
Our After-School Courses are delivered over 8-10 consecutive weeks throughout the term. If your child misses a session for any reason, the session will still go ahead with the rest of the class. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the set term, there are no make up sessions, credits or refunds for missed sessions.

Online Sessions
Our online camps and courses are flexible in terms of when they can be completed by your child. If you do need to cancel your online enrolment though, we'll work with you to reschedule to an alternative holiday week/ school term.
Small Group Tutoring
Our Tutoring Club is delivered over 8 consecutive weeks throughout the term. If your child misses a session for any reason, the session will still go ahead with the rest of the group. Unfortunately, due to the nature of group tutoring, there are no make up sessions, credits or refunds for missed sessions.
